Hank was a dear personal friend right up to his death. I miss him to this day. I recorded his (this) song long ago. We'd go to live shows together and he was always asked to come to the stage where he would do a song with the large audience clapping and yelling to him. Great guy! You've sung his song so very well...he'd have loved it. P.S He gave me his favorite $1,500 show hat. It sits , as a great memory, in my closet, in a hat box.
