Hello again to you nice folks!
Here again with yet another dusty old recording, reposted due to the previous one glitching out. A few of you have already heard this one.
A few years back my daughter and niece both got me hooked on the stage play "Les Miserables", and begged me to sing a song from it. I picked this one as it was within my vocal range, and it would be my first karaoke foray into show tunes.
This song is sung by the character Jean Valjean, and is a prayer to God to protect and spare the life of a young man he loves as a son, on the eve of a planned uprising.
