Qwilleran: Olive Garden, Cassano's Pizza... never mind. Just had to think of a restaurant. Don't know this recipe. You have sure whipped up a fine dish. Tasty, ears are enjoying the Tony flavor.

Brad Mayo: Ok Tony, Scenes you want, scenes you get. Been to this very unique restaurant in Polignano a Mare in Southern Italy where you dine on a natural shelf above a groto along the Adriatic Sea. Back in the 70's when I had to opportunity to enjoy this place, it was an all night experience until midnight for one single price. Four course meal, red and white wine running all evening and music and dancing. Today its a bit more stuffy. Anyway, Tony your song is a perfect fit my friend.
