Don't Bring Lulu is a song from the 1920s. The beginning of this is 1920s recording leading to a 1950s version by Max Bygraves, adapted by Q and with hopes it will be enjoyed.
Don't Bring Lulu was first published by Jerome H. Remick, based in Detroit and New York City, United States, in 1925. It is the 63rd most covered song from 1925. "Lulu" in the song is a 1920s flapper. The song lyrics include a reference to the traditional nursery rhyme and singing game for parties, "London Bridge Is Falling Down".
The sheet music is credited to Billy Rose, Lew Brown, and Ray Henderson.
It was originally a novelty song and was often recorded by male singers in a comic style,
Your presence is requested, wrote little Johnny White,
But with this invitation, there is a stipulation
When you attend this party, you'll all be treated right,
But there's a wild and wooly woman you boys can't invite…

I can see! I can SEE! Some of her panty!!! AND the top of her hose...why she's almost nude by 1930 standards. Blushing now and feeling as if I've 'known' her now but she's just a tease. Love Lulu and your excellent production! p.s. My wonderful Grandmother's name was/is Lulu!

@jerry As it was said, childishly, I can see Paris, I can see France, I can see your underpants. Remember? Yep, the 20-30s were crude, rude and must have been a trip, if you weren't a prude. Your grandmother would have been my date. Thank you Jerry.

@bevb Yes, you surely would have been given an invite by someone. Thank you Bev, the party would have been a bore without you and Joyce.
