In 1995, I wrote this song after attending the Christmas Stroll in Gt Falls, MT. The Stroll is an annual event where the city blocks off Main Street to vehicle traffic from all directions and stores/vendors display their wares as the shoppers "stroll" down the street going in and out of the shops purchasing Christmas Gifts. I took the sights, sounds and smells I observed and wrote these lyrics accordingly. For Thanksgiving in 2011, I sent my song to Joyce to produce me a backing track and WOW did she deliver!! I completed the original recording 8 years ago, tomorrow, 29 Nov, 2011. I just received my Copyright for this song this year. Nothing like procrastinating, huh?....lol.....:-)
