I called Ron today talked to his wife, Ron is in a nursing home, Alzheimer's :(
Ron was a Record Producer, So he came to Bakersfield often, and stayed at my place.
Ron was best 2nd guitar I ever heard, could sure play that guitar.
Ron is around 90yrs now. In the pic, Ron Rowland, James Atkins and me.
I sang this song Joking with Ron, when he started to get sick, he would call,\I lost my song.
gotta have my song. I'd send it to him. Ron been sick 18mo now. still knows where he is and
knows everyone. but he is failing. God Bless Ron and watch over his Wife.
It's Ironic, Ron would take his group to care homes, and play for them Sundays.

See at one time I could pick a guitar, Me and Ron probably kept folks awake all night :)
