I started out to record Danny Kaye's version
with research of the lyrics, I found this version by Dee Dee Bridgewater
There are many versions, the lyrics vary as the artists vary.
So, adapted by Q for fun and, well, fun of it.
BTW, if you have heard and know the song,
It probable won't sound like the one you know.

I exactly, EXACTLY! don't remember this song quite well. I remember always never singing it so many times. Jenny is cute but don't cheat on her...she has "THAT" look. Gin and destiny are a rough mix...You always make up...I've seen you do that so many times but let's not tell anyone on this site. Truly an artful recording and very entertaining and wonderful!
