First released on Meatloaf's album "Bat Out of Hell" in 1977, it was released as a single the following year. It stayed on the Top #100 list for 23 weeks peaking at #11. This is the only Meatloaf song I have covered. His high notes are particularly hard to reach and I struggled with them. In memory.. as Meatload died yesterday. He will not be forgotten.
