Wings on the heart of one you cannot touch,
swiftly floating and touching every emotion and such.
Soaring to the highest peaks,
searching over mountains and rivers for the love it seaks.
Twisting and turning never making a sound,
curving and crashing into her heart home bound.
Flutters and shocks, palpitations galore,
this is the love two hearts had been searching for.
Tears fill wells and spill from there place,
sparkling and floating right into outer space.
Maybe they are stars the ones almost out of sight,
just twinkling enough to give off some light.
Maybe loved ones capture our tears,
where they are held in love for millions of years.
I wonder though when it begins to rain,
if it is a sign to let go of all that pain.
Wings will carry your tears to where they belong,
swiftly floating to the ones above.
