"Honey Come Back" is a song written by Jimmy Webb, and recorded by the American country music artist Glen Campbell.

It would become a major hit for him.

It was released in January 1970 as the second single from his album Try a Little Kindness.

The song peaked at number 2 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles chart.

It also reached number 1 on the RPM Country Tracks chart in Canada.

A video was produced for the song, featuring Campbell sitting by a fireplace composing a letter – presumably of his thoughts and feelings for his girlfriend, who has left him.

The video has aired on Great American Country.

Joyce: @onefortheroad One of the lesser heard Glen Campbell songs so I am so glad to hear it from you! This was a winner for you in spoken and singing!!

Jerry: Some much needed advice: The 'Honey' referred to is not bee honey, honey! You are always confused...no, that honey (in the song) will not do well on your breakfast Bisquit; and that is Elvis, not Glen, in that picture. Other than that you sang and spoke this superbly.

Keith Wallin: @jerry Well, I thought that at your advanced age they would prescribe better glasses for you. I am singing this song to Ann Margret because Elvis stole her away from me. But I do like honey on my biscuit so, you were half right! Thanks for the listen, the kudos and the humor. They are so appreciated! Have a great upcoming week….:-)
