I had to dig scratches out, it's very old recording

Ya see this old Western boy in an English saddle, I prefer bareback to that slippery thing, and they keep standing up, walking would be better. I got hung up in a fool iron strip once , foot went through it, horse jumped sideways, I was leaning way out, talking to a friend and i slipped outa that fool saddle, grabbed my leg , house took of running, i pulled myself back in the saddle ugggggggg . i use to travel the mountains of Oregon a lot, traveling, I used a McClellan, easy on horse and rider, they cant throw ya out of it , bucking hard.

Mystic was truly a magic horse, he had apparently, been trained as a trotter. if ida had a saddle horn, i could have sit a cup of coffee on it while trotting, God Bless Him. there was a flood, he was in the woods belly deep in water.. he got pneumonia, the vet couldn't save him :(

So what has this have to do with horses? When we sang it, this is where we lived,, yep lots of horses :) Don't ya think I looked like John Brown LOL
