“Donnie” by the Bermudas made it to #62 on Billboard after this appearance on American Bandstand in May 1964! It was #26 for 2 weeks on WKNR in Detroit and #27 on CKLW Windsor/Detroit in March 1964! What is amazing to me is that they are ages 12, 14 and 15!! The young one in the center would later be the singer as Pebbles Flintstone for “Open Up Your Heart (Let The Sun Shine In)” a year later!! Their mother was a vocal teacher.. I could use her expertise.
