@onefortheroad: You still have thick ear wax? If i say 'No' you think 'Go'! So sad...no need to visit your ear doc who swore he could find no way to get that much removed. My suggestion: Heat your stove to 'high' hot and lean you head over it from side to side, head tilted with ears over the heat and the wax will 'run' out. Catch it in small cups and then, when cooled, you'll have wax for your toast!
