@cash There are good and bad in all people. A very touching tribute to a man who served, Rick. The "Windtalkers" are a facinating story of Indians giving an invaluable service to the USA in WW2.

@cash I don't know what happened to my text here. Was near completion and it just took it right off. Anyway, another very sad story my friend. The world is full of them. One of Satan's most favorite tools to use against man is prejudice. And the reason why is that is has cost us all untold frustration, loss and unnecessary anger. I never knew about this story before this. Thank you for bringing it to light for all of us to see.

@cash I am from Arizona and I am very familiar with the story of the Great Ira Hayes. Whenever any of us see the U.S. Flag being raised on Mt Surabachi, Iwo Jima, we must never forget the men that did it: Cpl. Harlon Block, Cpl. Harold Keller, Pfc. IRA HAYES, PFC. Harold Schultz, Pfc. Franklin Sousley, and Sgt. Michael Strank. NOBODY within earshot will ever denigrate any American Serviceman in my presence. Ira should have had a parade..not end up in a ditch!
