Hello and howdy!
Once again I greet all of thee, ye wonderful ladies and gents, after a long and dreary absence! I certainly hope the days have been treating you all well.
I'm back in showtune mode via request from my musical theater-addicted niece. I haven't sung in nearly five months, so this one was tough.
This song is from a stage play called "Dracula: The Musical", and is sung by the title character from the shadows to Mina Murray, whom he has fallen desperately in love with.
I hope you enjoy!

Joyce: @oldmaster3 Walter!! Such a welcomed surprise. I am not much into showtunes but in your case, I just sit back and enjoy. You exhibit strength without overkill. Magnificent ending. The cheese in my grilled sandwich melted even more from your comfortable vibrato.. What happened to that last song we were working on? Can't remember which one?

As to our missing duet, I haven't forgotten at all. I just put it on the back burner until I can figure out how to sing it. I made three attempts, but my vocals just weren't working. But now that you mention it, I shall soon renew my efforts. Stay tuned!

It had all the right elements from the soft verses to the storytelling to the terrific ending. I don't know if it is Joyce or me that is your greatest fan.
