My cover of a new Paul McCartney song I really like.
We are in Kentucky visiting family, so I recorded this while playing on their guitar they kindly allow me to use.
It was recorded on a Zoom H2 recorder indoors instead of Iphone this time.
"Days We Left Behind" was released on March 26, 2026. It debuted as the lead single for his album The Boys of Dungeon Lane, which subsequently released globally on May 29, 2026
The song is deeply nostalgic and introspective, focusing on McCartney’s childhood in Liverpool and his early memories with John Lennon and George Harrison. It was produced by Andrew Watt and marks McCartney's first solo album release since 2020's

LOL I love this song and probably would never have heard it if not for you.
