"Lift You Up" by [Jasper Steverlinck]

Recorded in Kentucky on a Zoom H2 recorder indoors.

A wonderful song I heard and had to try it on guitar, I messed up a few times in this, hopefully it won't be detract from the song too much.
I also for some reason got lost in the song and ended up playing the same part over, making this about 30sec longer than it should be.
I probably could have edited it out but I'm lazy when it comes to editing :-) I'll probably record this again, hopefully without messing up next time :-)
.

Lea Anne Maxey Robison: @alanr You already know I love this song and you did a beautiful job playing and singing as always To me it sounds like you're trying to keep the volume down and you shouldn't because we don't have neighbors here you can disturb It's still so beautiful and I love it and you as well BRAVO!!!!!!

AlanR: Well you know I have always been a nervous singer when people are around, the first time I ever sang live karaoke was when you took me to a karaoke night in Kentucky on my first visit to see you, but you are right, I do need to pick up the volume. I think when I'm playing the guitar, I try not to overpower the guitar with my voice also.

Mark Foote: @alanr Hi Alan... A new one for me but the soft acoustical melody suits you well. A real pretty listen Alan. Nice work my friend.

Aragorn: @alanr Lovely song. This is some fine guitar playing, Alan, and the singing is superb as well. It's a truly outstanding post on all counts! Did you sing and play this at the same time? Either way, the clunks were minor and barely noticable. Playing guitar isn't easy, lol.

AlanR: @jerry Thanks Jerry, I try not to be shy when singing around others, but it is hard, strangely I'm less shy at karaoke nights out, but when it's just me and my guitar I tend to be nervous when others are around :-)
