One of Country music's best recording artist and entertainers was Mel Tillis. Mel had difficulties speaking but he was a great and loved recording artists. It was odd, but he had a severe speaking disability (his shuddering) but he sang perfectly. Mel was both a great country artist and a brilliant comedian entertainer.

One of his best recordings (he had many) is this song---"Send Me Down to Tuson And I'll Get the Job Done"
Mel died several years ago, and he is still remembered and loved in Country Music!
