Well about 60yrs ago, only ones i heard sing it was sons of pioneers ..

So Picking the strings I came up with this.

I did it as an instrumental , no one sang with it, Till a country group
playing at the Coliseum in Portland Oregon, asked me to teach the style to them..

So I decided to sing it today...
