Neil Diamond had a recording contract with Bang Records from 1966 to 1968. Diamond's fourth Bang single, "You Got to Me," was released in December 1966 and peaked at number 18 in March 1967.

@qwirky Thanks,Rich! My typing skills are getting a lot better. They were like lobster claws before. It's going to take another cervical spine surgery for them to get better completely.....if that's even possible. I've been playing guitar for over 50 years and right now, I can't even pick one up, let alone play it. I'm trying to go back and answer all that I can as far as comments go...:-)
