It was released in January 1993 as the second single from his soundtrack album Pure Country. The song reached the top of the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks (now Hot Country Songs) chart.

The only backing track I could find was from the soundtrack of the movie and didn't leave room for the second verse. So, with a little cut and paste, I lengthened the backing track and sang the full song. Hope it is not too noticeable.....:-) Keith
