"Taking a Chance on Love" is a popular song from the 1940 Broadway musical Cabin in the Sky. ... The song was written by Vernon Duke with lyrics by John La Touche and Ted Fetter .

The backing I have used is the Frank Sinatra version, the lyrics of which I sliced to make it a duet. I then took the liberty of asking Bev to Join me , she said yes and Boy Oh Boy am I glad she did.
