In 1971 Melanie...a Folk singer songwriter released this song...her inspiration for the the song came after a 27 day fast on water....She splurged on a hamburger meal from McDonald's and when she finished her last bite the song popped into her head.....
I actually remember owning skates that used a key to adjust them...
A family member heard me recording this song and asked me if that was a Tiny Tim hit???? Lol lol...not hardly.... some of you may remember this tune..
