Brooks and Dunn released this song in 1991 where it quickly became their 4th Number 1 hit. It was written by Ronnie Dunn. Its success is cited as having started a renewed interest in line dancing throughout the United States. Ronnie allowed Asleep at the Wheel to record their version a year earlier. This has been a long time fave of mine "4 evuh"....lol
