Hello, everyone! We took a short vacation this week to Little Rock, AR (which is about 2 1/2 hours from where we live). We're still staying safe....eating outdoors and everything. It rained last night, so it got a bit cooler. I found a place that has a patio as well as karaoke that started around 7pm. It was a nice little place. They played the music out to the patio, so I recorded it. It was pretty good quality, I thought (the sound system, I mean). Unfortunately, the temperature dropped to 54 while we were there, so it was a bit chilly. Luckily, there weren't a ton of singers at first, so I got to sing 5 songs in less than 2 hours, so we didn't have to sit out there in the cold too long. We had time to eat dinner and have some drinks, too. It was a very nice crowd and the KJ was great. We have to go home tomorrow morning, but it was fun. If you ever get to Little Rock, it's a nice little city. We've done some of the tourist stuff before, like the Clinton Library and museum, the state house, and the capitol... we mostly come here to eat at good restaurants, go out to bars, listen to music, etc. The last time I did karaoke here was in January 2020! The place I used to go to closed down. Anyway, we really needed a vacation, so it's been great.
