I agree with you there Ron, I have been to concerts of some artists who acoustically performed new songs, then I bought the production album only to be be disappointed that all the character and spontaneity has been engineered out, Your cover here is performed beautifully mate, and I don't hear any faults or imperfections, just a fabulous performance from a fabulous singer, I loved my listen. :-)

@balladdude This is so true, they are instant triggers for moments in time, refreshing them in our mind, just like a photograph, but in music, they can bring happiness, comfort, heartbreak, they are like a time travelling tool. :-)

@alanr Absolutely, Allan. A song can transport us back to a particular moment, place or person in an instant. Unlike a photograph, it often brings back not only the memory itself but also the emotions we felt at the time. In that sense, music really is one of the most powerful forms of time travel available to us.
